    We offer healthy, balanced Lunch and Dinner meal plans featuring Keto, Vegan/Vegetarian, Wholesome, International, Arabic & Indian. In addition to these, we have our Goal-Based meal plans, designed to support specific fitness objectives and precise nutrition. These include High Protein, Low Cal, Low Carb, Wellness, Athletic Meal Plans, along with Customise Your Meal Plan. 

    The plan combines convenience, balanced nutrition, and flavour-packed meals to make healthy eating easier to maintain every day.

    Yes. All meals are designed by expert nutritionists and prepared by 5-star chefs to ensure balanced nutrition and consistent quality.

    At Meals on Me, you can personalise your menu based on your preferences. You are free to choose the meals you enjoy and avoid ingredients you don’t prefer or are allergic to. List the ingredients that you’re allergic to while subscribing to the meal plan.

    Your selected meals are freshly prepared and delivered daily on your selected delivery days, within your chosen time slot, in eco-friendly insulated bags to keep them fresh. Just heat, eat, and repeat.

    To get started, choose your preferred meal plan, select your delivery slot and complete the checkout. Once confirmed, you can select your menu, and your meals will be prepared and delivered according to your subscription.
